Important Note regarding your customers: You are responsible for the compliance of your own customers' data (review authors) that you import or process through Ventanrave.

 

5. Data Security

 

We implement robust technical and organizational measures (encryption of OAuth tokens, HTTPS protocols, access controls) to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

 

6. Data Retention

 

Your data is retained for the duration strictly necessary for the provision of the services:

  • Account Data: Until the closure of your account and the deletion of your personal data.
  • Payment Data: In accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations (usually 5 to 10 years).
  • OAuth Tokens: Until you disconnect or delete your account.
